APPLYING TO THE GREEN LEAF SCHOLARSHIP:
Criteria for eligibility is as follows:

Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.

Student must be pursuing a degree in a health related field.

Student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0.

Student must demonstrate a financial need.
FIPHR takes a qualitative approach to the scholarship application process. As such, we ask that all submissions are original and are written by the applicant.
In 500-700 words:

Identify a health concern in Ghana that presents a significant challenge to the community you live in or to the country at large.

Name the primary sources of the issue and explain the impact the issue has on the social and/or economic development of the country.

Describe how you plan to address this concern in your future work. Be sure to be concrete and practical.

Articulate your vision of what you would like to do professionally between the time you complete your degree and 5-10 years thereafter.
You must also submit the following:

Proof of identity.

Proof of enrollment into a higher education institution and degree program.

Official school transcripts.
